The Chemical Industries Association (CIA) has paid tribute to those involved in the Government and Opposition reshuffles that have taken place.

Speaking about the changes, CIA Chief Executive Steve Elliott said "I welcome all those newly appointed and promoted Members of Government and Opposition and wish them every success in their new roles. It is important that the business community works closely with the political leadership on all sides in our country to ensure we get the policies that will deliver a sustained economic recovery for the benefit of everyone. My Association and other business groups will continue to do that”.

Elliott concluded "I would like to thank all those departing government and shadow ministerial positions, especially the ones we have known and worked with, for their work and wish them well for the future".
